Yoga

Lean in for 90 minutes to a traditional style practice. We will begin by ‘clearing out and opening up’ the body, work through some breathing techniques and unwind into meditation. Given that the weather is acceptable, we will practice outside, but if we have to move indoors no problem… my cabin is a quiet and cozy place to practice in.

If you have a mat, a meditation cushion and/or blanket, please bring it. Wear loose fitted clothing and layer appropriately.

No prior yoga experience is needed. Children are welcome, just let me know ahead of time so I can provide a little more information.
