Bio
Landon’s invitation to inner work has been a gradual process over the course of his life and may it continue to ripen who he is. Serving as a grounding support for change in the lives of others is where his heart and mind converge.
A transformative tool that continues evolving both in the role of student and teacher is in the yoga sciences. He took his first yoga class in his mid-teens after being led in by his tennis coach at the time. It wasn’t until his mid-twenties, after having undergone a profound and rather unexpected spiritual awakening, that he became more deeply interested in what the practice had to offer after noticing the effect practicing had on his stability of mind and sense of okay-ness inside his body. He has undergone several yoga courses and is a certified yoga instructor.
His direct experience from states of survival and the unintegrated to embodiment also grows. This growth coincides with his current engagement in a trauma-safe coaching program that he is a student to.
He sees the great challenge of the modern era not as attaining something more advanced or complicated but rather how to lead a simple existence. His life is ever deepening into a balanced relationship with the natural world while taking on greater social capacity. He enjoys adventure in the mountains and values his friends (including the little one below).
